E-Glass Needlemat (Culi-Mat)

MADE IN USA

Product Description:

Culi-Mats are comprised of mechanically bound E-Glass filaments, needled into 6, 9 or 12 pcf density. A n average 9-micron fiber diameter is used, which means our fibers are irrespirable.

Culi-Mats offer exceptional thermal and acoustical properties. With thermal properties withstanding continuous operating temperatures of up to 1,000° F or 540° C, our mats are a viable option for many applications.

Culi-Mats are in complicance with following specifications:

  • MIL-1-16411 Type II, ASTM-C-1086
  • Coast Guard Spec for incombustible Materials # 164.009 and MIL-1-24244
